Counseling Supervision

My Approach

As a Christian counselor, I believe that the Mind, Body, and Soul all need to be addressed in working towards healing.

If you are looking for personal growth, improved insight into your own motivations, or you want to improve your relationships, counseling can be beneficial for you. Likewise, if you are struggling with deeper emotional pain and trauma, and you are ready to step onto the path toward healing, counseling can be life changing.

Shame and secrets inhibit healing, but when light is shed on these dark areas, healing can begin. Using Cognitive Behavioral, Experiential, and Psychodynamic theoretical orientations and techniques, as well as Brainspotting therapy, we walk the journey together to healed relationships with self, others, and God. I recognize the strength and courage it takes to call and make that first appointment as well as the commitment to continue the healing journey. I am honored to walk that journey with you.

I offer a wide variety of counseling services to adults and couples. Services include but are not limited to trauma, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, anger, marriage/relationship, stress management, phobias, grief, and many more.

Counseling Supervision

Choosing the right supervisor for your 3000 hour LPC-internship is critical to your professional development as a counselor. It is important to choose a supervisor who you respect both as a clinician and as a teacher/mentor.
